Job Description:

This role is ideal for candidates with 1–3 years of hands-on experience in IT security or technical support, who are passionate about cybersecurity and eager to grow in a fast-evolving environment. You will work directly with customers to deploy, configure, and support Privileged Access Management (PAM) platforms such as BeyondTrust or CyberArk, as well as Endpoint Detection & Response / Extended Detection & Response (EDR/XDR) solutions such as Palo Alto Cortex.

  • Focus on Endpoint Security Solutions (EPP, EDR, XDR)
  • Focus on Privilege Access Management Solutions (PAM)
  • Ability to implement Endpoint Security products; SentinelOne, PaloAlto Cortex, etc.,
  • Ability to implement Privilege Access Management Solutions; BeyondTrust, CyberAsk
  • Prepare and demonstrate proofs of concept of products and solutions to customers.
  • Manage and coordinate with customers for project installation, implementation.
  • Coordinate with the other parties and vendors to find the right solution.
  • Work closely with internal team members to continuously improve deployment processes and best practices.
Required skill sets
  • 1-3 years working experience in the cyber security
  • Administration/Implementation experience in security product (Antivirus) such as SentinelOne, CarbonBlack, etc.,
  • Has administration/Implementation experience in Privilege Access Management Solutions (PAM) and Endpoint Security (EDR/ XDR) solutions
  • Has basic security fundamentals knowledge
  • Has basic network and infrastructure knowledge
  • Windows Client/Server troubleshooting
  • Linux (RedHat, Ubuntu, CentOS) troubleshooting will be advantage
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and obtain relevant product certifications.
