Your Future Responsibilities

PreSales Cloud Security will be responsible for understanding customer security requirements and recommending appropriate cloud security solutions. Your main duties will involve collaborating with sales teams and customers to identify security needs, presenting and demonstrating cloud security solutions, and providing technical expertise throughout the sales process. Additionally, you will stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in cloud security to effectively advise customers on the best practices and solutions for their specific requirements.

  • Understand customer security challenges and requirements related to cloud environments.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop tailored security solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Conduct presentations and demonstrations of cloud security solutions to prospective customers.
  • Provide technical expertise and support during the sales process, including responding to customer inquiries and conducting technical discussions.
  • Prepare and deliver use-case-driven technical presentations and demonstrations to prospective companies that competitively differentiate competitor offerings.
  • Manage proof of concepts or pilots from definition to completion.
  • Aid in responding to Request for Information / Proposal / Cost sheet.
  • Leadership and Management skills to support the potential growth of the team.



  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or IT-related field.
  • Be consultative in sales techniques strong communication skills, and translate data into client solutions & actions in Cyber Security technology.
  • 3+ years of presale experience Cyber Security vendor, Network Security, Cloud or Cloud Security.
  • Proven experience in a pre-sales or technical sales role, preferably in cloud security.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in complex situations.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and architectures.
  • Understanding cloud security, including working with relevant technologies such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
  • Understanding of relevant security regulations and compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA, PCI DSS, GDPR).
  • Ability to present and communicate cloud security solutions to customers clearly and effectively.
  • Experience in presentation, proposal, TOR, RFP, POC, and technical negotiation skills.
  • Experience in Akamai, Imperva WAF, or Cloudflare is an advantage
  • Excellent Thai and English language skills


Relevant certifications 

such as AWS Certified Security – Specialty or Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) are a plus.
