Your Future Responsibilities

  • Installing, configuring, and maintaining network hardware and software components, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
  • Diagnosing and resolving network issues, ensuring smooth operations, and minimizing downtime.
  • Evaluating and implementing network upgrades, updates, and patches to ensure security and functionality. 
  • Implementing backup strategies and disaster recovery plans to safeguard network data and ensure business continuity.
  • Design/ Implement / Support for Aruba wifi and clearpass 
  • Design/ Implement / Support for SolarWinds
  • Design/ Implement / Support for Cisco (Switching/Router) Product.
  • Ensuring that the company’s product can deliver on the customer’s requirements.
  • Work closely with the customers to understand and capture requirements.
  • Eager to learn innovative things and have the initiative ideas
  • Ability to interact with many persons both internal and external organizations.



  • A minimum of 4 years experience in enterprise IT software solutions, IT Network technical support, and technical implementation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve network issues efficiently.
  • Knowledge of routers, switches, access points, network monitoring tools, and network management software. 
  • Proficiency in network protocols, configurations, and architectures (TCP/IP, VLANs, Subnetting, etc.).
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders on network projects.
  • Excellent Thai and English language skills.
  • Interpersonal skills, a mature personality, and an excellent service attitude are a must.
  • Analytical skills and the ability to recognize the demands on the side of the clients
  • At least certifications of CCNA or ACMA is a must.
