Your Future Responsibilities
Understanding of foundational concepts, principles, and best practices in cybersecurity.
Conducting assessments to identify and remediate security vulnerabilities.
Implementing and managing privileged access management and Endpoint Security, EDR, and XDR systems.
Providing training on Privileged access management and Endpoint Security systems to customers.
Creating technical documentation, including configurations, user manuals, and troubleshooting guides.
Diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to PAM/ Endpoint Security, EDR, and XDR, providing ongoing support, and ensuring optimal performance and security.
Staying updated on Cyber Security product updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies, and recommending improvements to enhance security posture.
Proficient in engaging with diverse stakeholders both within and outside the organization, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
Requirement
A minimum of 4 years experience in enterprise IT Cyber Security and network technical support and implementation.
Proficiency in network protocols, configurations, and architectures (TCP/IP, VLANs, Subnetting, etc.)
Skill in deploying and integrating PAM or EDR, or XDR systems solutions into existing IT environments, ensuring a smooth and efficient deployment.
Excellent Thai and English language skills.
Interpersonal skills, a mature personality, and an excellent service attitude are a must.
Analytical skills and the ability to recognize the demands on the clients
Experience in BeyondTrust, Cyber Ark, CarbonBlack, Crowd Strike, or Similar solutions is advantageous.
Advantage skill
Relevant certifications such as CCNA, PAM, EDR, or vendor-specific certifications can be advantageous.
