Qualification

  • Thai Nationality
  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineering/Science, or other computer/IT related fields.
  • 3+ Years’ Experience in IT Support role.
  • Keen on driving himself to be professional in IT career path and enthusiastic to learn new technologies.
  • Possess high responsibility, smart working, service-mind, good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Possess Knowledge of Web’s related coding skill is a plus
  • Possess ability communicate in English

Responsibilities

  • Provide 1st Tier Support to customers for Cloud Content Delivery Network and Web Application Firewall
  • WAF Analysis and Tuning
  • Implement Cloud CDN and WAF Solutions
  • Provide consultancy for Cloud-based solutions
  • Setup demo/POC for related solutions
