Qualification
- Thai Nationality
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineering/Science, or other computer/IT related fields.
- 3+ Years’ Experience in IT Support role.
- Keen on driving himself to be professional in IT career path and enthusiastic to learn new technologies.
- Possess high responsibility, smart working, service-mind, good interpersonal and communication skills
- Possess Knowledge of Web’s related coding skill is a plus
- Possess ability communicate in English
Responsibilities
- Provide 1st Tier Support to customers for Cloud Content Delivery Network and Web Application Firewall
- WAF Analysis and Tuning
- Implement Cloud CDN and WAF Solutions
- Provide consultancy for Cloud-based solutions
- Setup demo/POC for related solutions
