On Site Service: corrective and preventative maintenance services offer an ultimate responsiveness to incidents at your site location. The frequency of preventative maintenance and the SLA of corrective maintenance are tailored to meet your required service standard.
Spare Parts to site: we dispatch replacement parts to meet agreed service levels to ensure smooth operation of your system
Per Case Billing: Per event billing options for those customers who only occasionally require support – by either an hourly rate or at a fixed price per incident.
